Rachel Cleere Photography and Amy Price Insurance Agency are thrilled to welcome Santa back to Shawnee for a special community event! This one-day-only event will take place on Sunday, December 1st. Appointments are limited, with each time slot lasting approximately 5 to 7 minutes, providing the perfect opportunity to visit with Santa and capture cherished memories. Please note that time slots may look a bit different this year, so while it's important to arrive at your scheduled time, the exact start time may vary slightly by a few minutes. But everyone will get their allocated amount of time. :)

The cost is $70, which includes a 5 to 7-minute session and a minimum of 5 digital files with a print release. If more photos are captured, you will receive those as well. All images will be emailed to participants by December 10th, complete with a print/web release for unlimited printing. 

Due to the nature of these sessions, they are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your appointment to a friend or family member. Please note that RCP Gift Certificates and Credits cannot be used for this event. 

Additionally, Amy Price Insurance Agency will be hosting a Toy Drive from November 22nd through November 29th, coinciding with the photo event. We are encouraging the community to donate a new infant toy, toddler toy, or board book to benefit Legacy Parenting Center.

*While the setup will differ from previous years, we will have the same wonderful Santa! I am still in the planning process for the setup, but you can expect it to be clean & simple with classic Christmas colors. 

- A $3.50 fee will be added to all sessions to cover the processing fees for the donation.

- Payment is due at booking. Once you hit submit on the form you will be taken to the PayPal Payment page, where you will be able to check out with PayPal account OR by guest using any credit/debit card.

- Each session will be limited to 4 children of the immediate family, if you have more in your family please try to secure 2 time slots. 

- If wanting to have this experience with friends or cousins, please book sessions back to back. 

- RCP & Santa strive to capture joyful moments with Santa, but we understand that sometimes little ones may feel a bit overwhelmed. We embrace all emotions and cherish the genuine memories created, whether they come with smiles or a few tears.
